Shipping & Returns

The registered seat of the vendor is the place of payment. If no other agreements are made accounts have to be settled without any deduction within 20 days after the date of rendering. All goods remain in the ownership of PHARMASAAT GmbH until the customer has completely paid for then. If the customer is unknown or if there are doubts conceming his solvency the vendor will be entitled to deliver C.O.D. or to demand cash in advance.
 

The minimum value is 27,00 EUR. If the worth of the ordered ware is less, PHARMASAAT GmbH will charge the customer for a rise of 6,00 EUR (for processing costs).

We will calculate:
the price stated for 10g for orders more than 5g
the price stated for 100g for orders more than 50g
the price stated for 1kg for orders more than 500g

The minimum order of seedings/layers should be 80 pieces. The minimum order of cuttings should be 50 pieces.

Unless the seed is available and ordered the payment made ​​by the customer, will deliver the goods PHARMASAAT GmbH within 10 working days. Ordered plants will deliver 6 - 10 weeks after the order, depending on the type and cultivation method or otherwise agreed in writing. The earliest date for a delivery of young plants is in the end of march!

The shipping and packaging costs are calculated and determined by the respective weight of the shipment and the place and country of delivery. They are shown at the end of the bill.
